Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene. Provide compassionate support, supervision, and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life. Administer routine medications in accordance with state guidelines, as permitted by certification and community policy. Observe residents and promptly report changes in their physical or emotional well-being. Assist with developing and updating individualized resident service plans. Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members. Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment while encouraging residents' independence and dignity.
Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Successful completion of all required training courses. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A compassionate, patient, and dependable individual who enjoys working with older adults. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated caregiving team.
