What We’re Looking For
Current nursing license in the state where services are provided; RN preferred.
Experience in healthcare, care coordination, case management, community outreach, or social services preferred.
BLS/CPR certification required or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
Strong communication, organization, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally as needed.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred but not required.
