You, Our Ideal Candidate You are a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist who enjoys helping older adults regain strength and independence. You are collaborative, adaptable, and skilled in designing and implementing effective therapy plans that align with each resident’s unique goals.

Responsibilities

  • As a Physical Therapist, you will provide residents with tailored therapy designed to restore function and improve mobility. Responsibilities include:
  • Performing and documenting initial exams and ongoing evaluations
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Using manual techniques and therapeutic interventions to relieve pain and increase physical ability
  • Measuring motor function, strength, and endurance
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans accordingly
  • Ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and legal standards
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support residents' well-being

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio
  • Two years of experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
