The RN Hospice Field provides quality care and case management for patients in private residences and facilities to maximize comfort and quality of life. This includes supervising LPNs and CNAs, performing ongoing assessments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary group.
Monday - Thursday 11pm - 9am (Lucrative Shift Differential)
$2,000 sign-on bonus
Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, the RN Hospice Field is responsible for providing quality care to patients with Gulfside Healthcare Services, in the field.
The field includes patients who reside in private residences, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing homes.
The RN Hospice Field utilizes assessment, intervention, and education to maximize patient comfort and to enhance the quality of life for the patient/family.
The RN Hospice Field oversees and case manages the needs of the patients assigned to them.
This includes providing supervision for the LPN’s and CNA’s, and other assigned staff in the field.
The RN Hospice Field is responsible for maintaining his/her own clinical and mandatory education requirements and for meeting the established standards of their profession as well as those accountable for his/her practice, assigned duties/patient care, and is an advocate for patients/families and their profession.

Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Florida with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. One year of nursing experience in a hospital, home health, or hospice setting is preferred.
