The Residential Aide is responsible for monitoring clients, conducting property rounds, and ensuring the daily program schedule is followed. They must document medication administration, assist with intakes, and communicate client behavioral issues to staff.

include: Is responsible for monitoring all clients throughout their assigned shift. Ability to conduct regular "rounds" around the entire property. Ensures the daily program / schedule is being followed. Assist with new intakes, complete room searches, monitor mealtimes, etc. Observes & documents all clients taking and / or refusing prescribed or over the counter medications. Monitor & observe supervised urinalysis as needed / scheduled. Communicates in a professional manner with all clients, staff & supervisors. Keeps all program staff members informed of all client's current challenges or behavioral issues. Provides accurate information during shift changes via written & verbal communication in a professional manner. Attends team meetings as necessary / scheduled. Can quickly adapt to changes in schedules, routines & work assignments. Ability to deescalate. Ability to maintain ethical & professional boundaries with all clients & staff. Understands & abides by HIPAA guidelines / requirements at all times.
include: Ability to observe, identify, document & inform others if physical, cognitive & behavioral changes are a concern. Understands the field of addiction, mental health & recovery. Prior experience in a Behavioral Health setting is a plus. Open to learning about & understanding ASAM criteria guidelines, Stages of Change, 12 step recovery, etc.
$17.00/hr.
Candidates should have an understanding of addiction, mental health, and recovery, with prior behavioral health experience preferred. The ability to identify behavioral changes and adhere to HIPAA guidelines is required.
