Provide comprehensive inpatient clinical care to patients with disease and injuries of the human internal organ system and establish preventive health practices for patients. Successful candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD or DO degree (the employer accepts foreign educational equivalent) and be eligible to obtain a state medical license. Candidates must have completed an accredited pediatric or pediatric/internal medicine residency program as well as a pediatric hospital medicine fellowship. Successful candidates must be board eligible or certified in pediatrics, and will be expected to become board certified in pediatric hospital medicine within five years.
