OB/GYN Physician – Comprehensive Practice | Outpatient & Inpatient Care | Community-Focused Setting Location: Casa Grande, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible schedule, must work at least 36 hours) Practice Setting: Outpatient Women’s Health Clinic with Integrated Hospital Coverage Call Schedule: Shared rotation among OB/GYN team (6-7 calls per month 24 hr shifts) Travel: None Position Overview A respected, community-based women’s health practice in Casa Grande, Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join its collaborative team.
This full-time role integrates outpatient clinic services with inpatient obstetrics and surgical coverage at a nearby hospital, providing continuity of care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Situated between Phoenix and Tucson, this position offers the opportunity to establish a fulfilling OB/GYN practice in a medically underserved area—perfect for physicians who are committed to patient-centered care and clinical equity.

Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care, including preventive services, contraceptive counseling, screenings, and diagnostics Manage all aspects of obstetric care: prenatal, labor & delivery (vaginal and cesarean), and postpartum follow-up Perform gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures Collaborate with hospital and clinic teams to ensure seamless patient care Educate patients on reproductive health, fertility, and family planning options Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Participate in practice development, quality initiatives, and community outreach efforts Candidate Requirements Minimum: MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Preferred: Spanish language proficiency Experience in community health or underserved care settings Strong commitment to equity-driven, patient-centered care Why Join This Team?
