Join Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and Concerted Care Group (CCG) as a Behavioral Health Therapist – PHP in Camp Hill, PA. You'll provide individual and group therapy, assessments, and treatment planning while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations and diagnostic screenings using DSM-5 and ASAM criteria.
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the interdisciplinary care team.
Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
Facilitate psychoeducational and addiction recovery groups across PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care.
Provide case management, treatment coordination, discharge planning, and referrals to support continuity of care.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, referral partners, families, and other providers to address clients' co-occurring mental health and substance use needs.
Provide crisis intervention and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule as needed.
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and CARF standards.
Requires a Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field and at least 2 years of behavioral health experience. Must hold a valid license such as LGADC, LGPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, or LCPC.
Participate in treatment team meetings, staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
Build strong therapeutic relationships while supporting client engagement, treatment progress, retention, and successful transitions between levels of care.
What you bring

Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably with PHP or residential programs, bringing valuable insights to our team.
Experience in conducting assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, showcasing your expertise.
Strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnoses and mental health disorders, providing a solid foundation for your work.
Knowledge of trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities, equipping you with essential tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support clients from diverse backgrounds, making a positive impact.
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
