PHARMACIST - PER DIEM / ON CALL Fairfax Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist. The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the complete and efficient operation of the pharmacy within all legal and accreditation/certification requirements and applicable facility policies, procedures, codes and standards. This includes administrative, pharmaceutical, and professional functions relating to pharmaceutical care provided at this facility. Graduate from an accredited Pharmacy Program is required.
A minimum of three (3) years hospital pharmaceutical experience is preferred; must possess the experience to oversee the provision of medication requirements for the patient populations treated in this facility, including knowledge of dosage for age-specific populations.
Currently licensed as a Pharmacist in Washington state.
