Overview Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) | Lewiston, Maine, United States Start date: 08/31/2026 | Duration: 13 weeks | Weekly pay: $1,784–$1,832 per week | Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 pm–7:30 am) | Employment type: Travel - Temporary Assignment This RN role supports three LTC-oriented units within a hospital setting: a 31-bed Alzheimer’s/dementia unit, a 42-bed transitional rehab unit for short-term care, and a 42-bed long-term care unit. The nurse provides direct and indirect care to residents, collaborates with the care team, and helps maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for aging adults with varying medical needs.
