Recovery Hub is seeking a dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Temporary (ADC-T) to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team in our outpatient program for a hybrid position, doing both telehealth and in-person groups. 💼 Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments Provide case management and individual sessions Facilitate therapeutic group sessions Perform the 12 core counseling functions Utilize the Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension model Maintain accurate, timely documentation Collaborate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings ✅ Qualifications: Current MN LADC license or ADC-T temporary permit Ability to pass a DHS background study Experience with EMR (Procentive preferred) Basic computer skills 12 hours of co-occurring training within 6 months of hire (8 hours per year ongoing) 🌟
