• QualificationsEducation/Experience and
• Licensure: Must have a current state license to practice as a LPN or Registered Nurse (RN) Wound care certification preferred One (1) year experience in a long-term care setting preferred General Responsibilities Follow all established skin management protocols Ability to stage and measure wounds and document per protocol, including documentation on skin conditions other than wounds Make weekly rounds with wound care physician Ensure care plan is followed Work with nursing team to educate CNAs as to proper positioning, training, and skin care
