High school diploma/ Equivalent
Ability to maintain professionalism, empathy, and composure in high-stress or crisis situations.
Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Driving roles require: valid driver's license, 3-year record of safe driving, minimum age of 21, and ability to meet company motor vehicle insurance requirements
Personal or professional familiarity with the local recovery community; lived experience is highly valued.
Work experience in the field of substance use disorder or mental health treatment.
Experience supporting patients in inpatient levels of care.
Relevant behavioral health certification.
