PRN | M-F | 8am - 5pm | Rotating Weekend and 1 major and 1 minor holiday

  • What You’ll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify functional needs and goals
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence in daily living
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions that enhance motor skills, cognition, and adaptive abilities
  • Document patient progress with accuracy and clarity
  • Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support patient success
  • What You Bring
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current Occupational Therapy license
  • CPR certification
  • Strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with rehab documentation systems (preferred)
  • Experience in rehabilitation setting (preferred but not required)

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a current OT license and CPR certification. Experience in a rehabilitation setting and familiarity with rehab documentation systems are preferred.
