Location: US:WI:WEST BEND at our CP-WEST BEND HEALTH CENTER facility.
This job is ON - SITE.
FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: 2nd Schedule Details: Monday-Thursday 1030-1900 and Friday 0900-17530 with some variation depending on the schedule.
CP draw station is closed on holidays.
This position will be part of the weekend rotation for Saturday mornings.

Completion of an approved phlebotomy program or related healthcare experience is required. High school diploma and ASCP certification are preferred.
