Location: US:WI:WEST BEND at our CP-WEST BEND HEALTH CENTER facility.

This job is ON - SITE.

FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: 2nd Schedule Details: Monday-Thursday 1030-1900 and Friday 0900-17530 with some variation depending on the schedule.

CP draw station is closed on holidays.

This position will be part of the weekend rotation for Saturday mornings.

Job Summary

Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non technical, and clerical functions.

Experience

  • Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.
  • EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • LICENSURE: ASCP certification is preferred.
  • SPECIAL
  • SKILLS: Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer, problem-solving and good communication skills are required.
