Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive employee to help individuals take control of their personal care and home care needs. Responsibilities include: Assistance with personal needs and activities of daily living (ADL) Monitoring health and safety, building advocacy, decision making, and community connections Administer medications and treatment plans

Conditions of Employment

Must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation necessary to meet program needs.
