We are seeking a full-time Spiritual Care Coordinator who feels called to serve, bringing compassion, prayer, and faith-based support to our patients and their loved ones.
What you’ll do as Spiritual Care Coordinator: Provide spiritual care, prayer, and emotional support to patients and families grounded in the Christian faith, while showing respect and understanding toward all beliefs.
Offer presence, comfort, and encouragement through scripture, conversation, and listening hearts.
Work closely with the hospice team — including nurses, social workers, and volunteers — to meet the spiritual needs of each patient and family.
Lead or assist with memorial services, bedside prayers, and family support as needed.
Serve as a comforting presence during times of transition, helping families find peace and reassurance through faith.
Who you are as a Spiritual Care Coordinator: Ordained or licensed clergy with pastoral care experience (preferably in hospice, hospital, or church ministry).
A caring, compassionate individual who feels a true calling to serve those nearing the end of life.
Excellent communication and listening skills, with a calm and prayerful demeanor.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in homes and facilities throughout the area.
