What you'll do as a Speech-Language Pathologist SLP: Provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes Develop and implement personalized care plans Evaluate speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies Collaborate with nurses, PT/OTs, and physicians to ensure the best outcomes Who you are as a Speech-Language Pathologist SLP: Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in (PA) ASHA CCC-SLP Certification 1+ years of experience (home health a plus but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!)
