Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s leading non-profit healthcare networks, is currently seeking a per diem geriatrician to join our expanding Post-Acute Care Team located in Morris County, New Jersey. As part of our growing Post-Acute Care Division, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive care to patients within skilled nursing facilities across the Morris County area. Candidates should be available to dedicate a minimum of 2 days per week to providing post-acute care services.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, engaging with physicians and fellow advanced practice clinicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care to adults. A minimum of two years' experience in skilled nursing facilities or with geriatric patients is preferred, along with proficiency in EPIC EMR and Point Click Care systems.
