About the role

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including mobility and hygiene, for clients in their homes. Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams.

Description We are looking for a reliable HHA or CNA who is available to work Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm or 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Additional shifts may be available as they open up. Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to clients in their homes
Support clients with mobility, hygiene, and medication reminders
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare team members
Follow care plans and safety protocols diligently

Requirements

Valid HHA or CNA certification or license
Prior experience in home health care or a similar setting
Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow care instructions carefully
