Tapestry Health is seeking an on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team full-time providing medical care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Albion, NY. No weekend, nights, call, or holiday work. As a TapestryHealth team member, you will have the freedom to work independently with the knowledge that your team members are always just a call away. The Nurse Practitioner will diagnose and treat health conditions and work collaboratively with the facility medical staff.
In addition to a competitive base salary range between 132-137k, you will also be eligible for incentive comp pay. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package including 4 weeks of PTO accrual, CME time off, license renewal reimbursement, and malpractice insurance. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
Candidates must hold current Nurse Practitioner licensure in NY and be board certified. Experience with geriatric populations is preferred, along with proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
