Tapestry Health is seeking an on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team full-time providing medical care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities located in Phenix City, Alabama. No weekend, nights, call, or holiday work. As a TapestryHealth team member, you will have the freedom to work independently with the knowledge that your team members are always just a call away. The Nurse Practitioner will diagnose and treat health conditions and work collaboratively with the facility medical staff.
In addition to a competitive base salary range of 120-124k, you will also be eligible for incentive comp pay. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package including 4 weeks of PTO accrual, CME time off, license renewal reimbursement, and malpractice insurance.
