Position Overview As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supervising staff, monitoring patient health, implementing treatments, and developing long-term care plans. You’ll ensure the highest quality of care while complying with federal, state, and company regulations.
Key Responsibilities Deliver top-tier clinical care to residents and patients.
Document care and observations promptly and accurately.
Communicate effectively with physicians and families.
Administer medications and manage medication safety.
Respond to emergencies and provide CPR when necessary.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
Additional Duties Ensure adherence to company clinical policies and procedures.
Follow Nurse Practice Act guidelines and exercise sound nursing judgment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Valid RN license in the state of employment. Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Positive and enthusiastic attitude. Must pass state-specific background checks prior to patient contact.

Education Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification Current RN Licensure in the State employed. Valid CPR Certification.
