Join one of our clinical teams as a Rehabilitation Specialist and provide support to our members to help them increase their employment and independent living skills. You will work in partnership with a vocational rehabilitation counselor, community rehabilitation program providers, and other parties to help members increase or maintain involvement in learning, working, and social activities. You will also work closely with the clinical team to ensure all services in members’ individual service plans are implemented.
