Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient strength, flexibility, and mobility. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on exercises, ergonomic practices, and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and industry best practices. Licensed Physical Therapist in compliance with state regulations. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of physical therapy treatments, exercises, and rehabilitation protocols.
