Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Direct Support Professional, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.Every day you will directly assist individuals with daily living activities (e.g., personal care, meals, medication, transportation), implement support plans, document progress, and facilitate community integration.

Candidates must have a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and a current professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT). At least one to two years of experience in crisis or direct behavioral health clinical care is required.
