About the role

The technologist is responsible for scrubbing into orthopedic surgeries, maintaining a strict sterile field, and anticipating the surgeon's needs. They manage orthopedic instrumentation, power tools, and implants to ensure surgical excellence and patient safety.

We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgical Scrub Technologist to join our ambulatory surgery center team.

The ideal candidate has extensive orthopedic experience, including total joints, sports medicine and fracture procedures.

This individual is highly organized, anticipates surgeons' needs, maintains strict sterile technique, and is proficient with orthopedic instrumentation, power equipment, and implants.

They thrive in a fast-paced ASC environment, are a strong team player, and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and surgical excellence.

Extensive orthopedic surgery experience (ASC experience preferred) Experience with total hip, total knee, shoulder, hand, foot & ankle, and sports medicine cases Knowledge of orthopedic implant systems and power tools Excellent communication, efficiency, and ability to anticipate the surgeon's next step Commitment to patient safety and maintaining a sterile field throughout every procedure

Requirements
