Andrews ASC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our perioperative OR team.
This position plays a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care throughout the surgical process.
This position is responsible for managing individualized, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with departmental policies, state regulations, AAAHC standards, and facility protocols.
The OR RN maintains clinical competency in perioperative nursing, supports a collaborative surgical team environment, and ensures the efficient use of supplies and equipment.
This role operates under the general supervision of the OR Manager and OR Charge Nurse, contributing to excellence in surgical services across all phases of care.
