Responsibilities include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care Helping with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition Providing companionship and emotional support Performing light housekeeping and laundry Running errands and grocery shopping Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Every visit makes a meaningful difference for the clients and families we serve.
