What You'll Do As a Home Care RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care by: Completing initial client assessments and reassessments Developing and updating individualized care plans Supervising Home Health Aides, CNAs, and caregivers Conducting routine supervisory and quality assurance visits Providing client and caregiver education Coordinating care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency policies Accurately documenting visits and clinical notes What We're Looking For Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Home care, hospice, or community health experience preferred Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Proficiency with electronic documentation Why Join Guardian Angel Senior Services?
