Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment for pediatric and adult neuro patients and dysphagia in an acute care setting
  • Deliver therapy across both inpatient and outpatient contexts, documenting progress and adjusting plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including coordinating co-treatment when indicated to optimize patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and communicate with patients, families, and other care team members
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatment notes, and discharge planning in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements

Requirements

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Ohio
  • CCC-SLP credentials required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, with pediatric experience
  • Ability to work in an acute care inpatient/outpatient setting
  • Must reside outside a 60 mile radius of the assignment location
