Key Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, eating, and mobility Monitor and document resident health status, behaviors, and changes in condition Support residents with mobility and transfers using proper safety techniques Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment Encourage participation in daily routines and life enrichment activities Communicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, and leadership regarding resident needs Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families
