Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license Home care, community health, case management, or visiting nurse experience preferred Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance Service Area This position serves clients in Braintree and surrounding South Shore communities.
