Patient Care & Service. PAY RANGE: $20.00 - $22.00 CITY: Clifton Springs POSTAL CODE: 14432 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Must be at least 18 years old and hold a current New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
