Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) Hiring in Crystal River, FL & Inverness, FL A well-established outpatient primary care group is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for its Inverness, Florida location. Join a team focused on delivering personalized, high-quality healthcare while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Position Highlights 100% outpatient primary care Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No inpatient responsibilities Patient mix includes managed care, fee-for-service, and traditional Medicare Gradual ramp-up with 6–8 patients daily for new providers Established physicians average 12–15 patients per day 40-minute new patient visits 30-minute follow-up visits Shared telephone call rotation of approximately 1:12, one week at a time Office support staff Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $230,000 | Performance bonus opportunity Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Comprehensive health insurance 401(k) Short-term and long-term disability coverage Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Three weeks of PTO One week of CME
