The Anesthesia Technician sets up and maintains monitoring, video, and laser equipment in operating rooms under RN supervision. They assist anesthesiologists with the implementation of monitoring lines and devices while managing anesthesia supplies.
This is a full-time (36 hrs./week) position with 12-hour shifts at Scripps Mercy in Hillcrest.

Under supervision and direction of the RN, the Anesthesia Tech operates, sets-up and maintains monitoring equipment in the operating rooms.
Assists the anesthesiologist with implementation of monitoring lines and devices.
Maintains anesthesia supplies and equipment.
Maintains and operates video and laser equipment under the direction of the RN.
Candidates must have one year of OR experience, knowledge of anesthesia equipment, and a current AHA BLS certification. A high school diploma, paramedic, or EMT experience is preferred.
