Pay Range: base per hour + shift differential Job Responsibilities As a licensed clinical professional you will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to: Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, the hospital system, local mental health agencies, law enforcement, EMS and other stakeholders.
Performing Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals Working closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and providing feedback to ensure proper triage, assessment and linkage to appropriate level of care Complete crisis assessment, lethality assessments and other clinical tools to determine the treatment course Utilize crisis de-escalation skills when necessary to ensure safety of clients and staff Education: Master’s Degree or Higher Must be fully or provisionally licensed in North Carolina as a LCSW/LCMHC
