Your Role

Personal Care

Provide essential care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, with respect and sensitivity.

Observation and Reporting

Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.

Emotional Support

Offer a comforting presence and a listening ear to patients and their families, helping them navigate through challenging times.

Documentation

Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided and observations made.

Collaboration

Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive and coordinated care plans.

Professionalism

Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8

  • 00am-5:00pm
  • A rotating weekend schedule, working every 6th weekend, ensuring a fair balance of responsibilities across the team.

Qualifications

  • Current CNA certification in North Carolina
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.

Requirements

Must hold a current CNA certification in North Carolina and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
