Once your caseload is established, you can expect to spend approximately 80–85% of your workweek traveling within your assigned territory, meeting with injured workers and co-attending their medical appointments. The remaining time is spent completing documentation, coordinating care, and communicating with providers, employers, and claims professionals. What You'll Bring Active California RN license ASN required; BSN preferred Background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, or other acute care specialties Prior Workers' Compensation Case Management experience preferred Excellent communication, organization, and care coordination skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned service area If you're passionate about patient advocacy, coordinating care, and helping injured workers safely return to health and work, we'd love to hear from you.
