Senior Clinical Research Coordinator – CNS (New Site Launch)

Austin, TX IMA Clinical Research is hiring a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator (Sr.

CRC) to support the launch of a new CNS-focused clinical research site in Austin.

This is a senior-level role for an experienced coordinator who can work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

This position will initially require flexibility between the new CNS site and our established Austin location based on study needs until the new site reaches full operational volume.

What You’ll Do Independently coordinate CNS clinical trials from start-up through close-out Manage patient visits, assessments, and clinical data collection Ensure accurate, timely documentation and protocol compliance Support a new site launch with minimal supervision Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and site staff Flex between CNS site and existing Austin clinic as needed What We’re Looking For 3+ years clinical research coordination experience (Senior-level required) Must have psychiatric clinical trials experience (e.g., depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and related CNS/mental health studies) Ability to work autonomously and manage studies independently Phlebotomy experience required Bachelor’s degree preferred; CCRC a plus Why IMA Key role in launching a new CNS research site Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends/on-call) Full benefits + 401(k) match Tuition reimbursement & student loan support Strong growth opportunity within a national clinical research organization The IMA Group is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer Our Government Services Division supports local, state, and federal agencies and delivers professional and objective medical and psychological examinations as well as ancillary services.

Requirements

Requires 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience specifically within psychiatric/CNS trials and phlebotomy skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred and CCRC certification is a plus.
