Provide primary and preventative outpatient care to a commercially insured patient base within a school district clinic. Focus on building meaningful patient relationships and empowering patients to manage their own health in a collegial environment.

Schedule: 40hrs/wk

  • Job requirements
  • Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
  • NPI & DEA
  • Current National Board Certification
  • May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location
