As an Caregiver, you will provide routine assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with each resident’s personalized service plan and behavior plan. Your role is to ensure that the needs of the residents are met with the highest degree of dignity, respect, and care, while fostering an environment of compassion and safety. You will work closely with the care team to support the physical and emotional well-being of the residents.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work with and care for cognitively impaired residents.
Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, and regulations related to long-term care.
