The RN provides direct clinical care, administers medications, and monitors resident conditions in accordance with care plans. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide guidance to CNAs and LVNs.
As a RN, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional clinical care for our residents. You will assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and support residents and families with professionalism and empathy.
