Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time NOC Shift Lincoln Meadows Care Center – Lincoln, CA Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating Schedule Starting Pay: $23.00/hour Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated nursing team on the NOC shift. Provide direct resident care while preserving dignity, respect, and independence. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Obtain and accurately document vital signs and resident observations. Respond promptly to resident needs and report changes in condition to the licensed nurse. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Follow all infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Current CPR certification preferred. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment. Passion for providing exceptional resident care and meeting high standards of excellence.
