We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our clinical team on the full-time AM shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).

Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor resident conditions, document clinical updates, and communicate changes to physicians and families as needed.
Assist with admissions, discharges, treatments, assessments, and interdisciplinary care coordination.
Leadership & Documentation Direct daily nursing activities and ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate resident records, treatment documentation, and physician orders.
Complete incident reports and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure smooth shift operations and resident-centered care.
Compliance & Safety Follow all federal, state, and facility regulations, including HIPAA and infection control standards.
Ensure proper medication management, narcotic accountability, and treatment administration.
Promote a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
Participate in facility surveys, safety drills, and required in-service training programs.
Current, active, and unrestricted California LVN/LPN license. Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN nursing program. Long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills with a commitment to resident care excellence.
