What you'll do
Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
Accurately document medication administration and maintain medication records.
Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the nursing team.
Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
Help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel at home.
What we're looking for
Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent based on state requirements).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for older adults.
Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
