We’re looking for experienced Travel Registered Nurses with strong Medical-Surgical experience and Emergency Room crossover capability (or unit float flexibility) for a 13-week night-shift contract. Whether you’re managing complex Med Surg patient loads or supporting the ER during peak flow, your adaptability will be well-compensated with competitive weekly pay, transparent stipends, and a supportive clinical team. Key Responsibilities Provide top-tier, patient-centered care in Med Surg units with flexibility to support or float to the Emergency Department as operational needs dictate. Assess, prioritize, and stabilize patients across a wide range of acuity levels during night shifts. Administer medications, initiate IVs, manage continuous monitoring, and coordinate seamlessly with interdisciplinary care teams. Maintain strict compliance with unit protocols and complete real-time clinical documentation in [EMR System, e.g., Epic / Cerner]. Basic Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent acute care experience in Med Surg; strong ER or progressive care background strongly preferred. Travel Experience: Prior travel nursing experience preferred (fast adaptors with strong clinical judgment welcome).
Active RN license in [State] or valid Multistate/Compact RN license.
Active BLS & ACLS (AHA required). PALS or TNCC preferred (bonus for ER coverage).
Night-shift requirement (12-hour shifts) with willingness to float between Med Surg and ER based on department needs.
