As a CMA working the Swing Shift, you'll be instrumental in providing care and support to our residents during the hours of 2pm - 10:30 pm Saturday and Sunday.

Starting wage from $22.00-$24.60 depending on experience plus a shift differential of $1 for hours worked on weekends as well as a $1 shift differential for hours worked between 10pm and 6am.

What You'll Do Care For Residents Calculate, document, and administer medication to residents.
Answer resident call lights and provide direct resident care Assist with Activities of Daily Living while encouraging self-care and independence Support The Team Receive and give reports from shift to shift Restock and rotate the medication cart Receive and prepare medications for distribution Grow Your Skills Safe medication handling, storage, and removal Accurate medication dosage calculation and documentation Resident observation, reporting, and documentation What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Must be a certified CNA and CMA in the State of Oregon CPR/AED required within first 120 days of employment Experience in long-term care preferred Safely operates a Hoyer lift following zero lift policy and procedures Demonstrated understanding of the basic principles of pharmacology Effectively engage and communicate with elderly individuals The Qualities That Set You Apart Compassionate, resident centered approach Attention to detail Ability to encourage self-care, independence, wellness, and dignity for residents But Wait, There's More...
