You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities in Patient Care): Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted PA license, board certification, and DEA registration. A preference is given to those with over 2 years of primary care experience and experience treating patients aged 2 and older.
