Community Interface Services offers a starting compensation range of $20-21 per hour, and opportunities for pay increases after your initial training, with an increase of $1.

Flexible work schedules are available, whether they are part-time or full-time, we can work around your schedule!

Our mission is to provide quality, individualized, community-based support and training in employment, housing, community living, and other related services.

What's your day like?

As a Caregiver at Community Interface Services, your position will be elevating the quality of life for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

You will work in the homes of the clients of our Supported Living program and tackling daily tasks to offer personalized one-on-one support.

This may include in personal care, scheduling/ following up on doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, preparing meals, and getting out into the community through public transportation.

Required Qualifications: A working vehicle, a CA Driver's License, and at least two years of driving experience A solid work history and references that can attest to dependability Ability to lift and push a wheelchair What we're looking for: Reliability is key, as you will be entrusted with the daily care of individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Excellent communication skills are vital for building trust and understanding the needs of those you support, ensuring their voices are heard.
